Research Interests:
Development of an in-line sensor for fermentation process to identify the physiological state of cells by in-situ microscopy and high-throughput analysis of time-lapse image sequences. Related technologies include optical system design, fluorometric assay, artificial neural networks, image processing, pattern recognition.
