The 2011 International German/Russian Summer School in “Integrative Biological Pathway Analysis and Simulation” (IB-PAS) will be held on the 4^th and 7^th of July, 2011 at Bielefeld University, Germany

Dear Colleagues and Friends,

this Computational and Integrative Biology Summer School (IB-PAS) - as a satellite meeting of the International Conference of Integrative Bioinformatics - will be of interest for Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology and Molecular Medicine. The idea of this Summer School is to discuss methods, theoretical approaches or practical applications in the area of Integrative Pathway Analysis. Furthermore, the Summer School will start with the International Workshop on Integrative Biological Pathway Analysis and Simulation.

Topics of interest

The main topics will be:

Database integration	Analysis of complex networks
Molecular data warehouse	Visualization and animation
Molecular textmining	Petri net simulation
