Title: Development of database on disease and protein mutations associations using text- and data-mining techniques.
Abstract:
Nowadays, there are many databases dedicated to phenotypical appearances of mutations. But, such databases don't contain information about potential molecular-genetic mechanisms of associations between mutations and diseases. Such information is distributed in heterogeneous type through many publications. For it's extraction from articles text-mining methods will be used. Additionally, data-mining methods of protein structure analysis and their sequences will be used for the detection of structure-property relationships. Received information will be integrated into the database.
