DAAD Leonhard-Euler-Programm: Integrative Bioinformatics

Name: Ivanisenko Timofey Vladimirovich
Title: Automatic knowledge extraction from scientific publications, reconstruction of the associative networks and their deductive analysis.
Main tasks of the work:

1. Development of text-mining algorithms:
   Definition of the names of objects in texts Assessing the significance of recognition of object names in the texts Assessing the significance of establishing links between objects
2. Integration of the text-mining technology with GeneNet system for the automated knowledge extraction from the scientific publications in the field of molecular biology
3. Reconstruction and deductive analysis of the associative networks
