Fields of research:
In my research I keep myself busy with the producion of recombinant proteins. My primarily model organism is E. coli. The aim of my research is the optimisation of process productivity. Therefore I search for possibilities of variations in gendosage and expression control. For this reason my main research topic is the construction of new expression vectors for E. coli.
