Last Minute Poster Submissions

Please note that abstracts of accepted posters will appear in the workshop proceedings. Therefore, submissions must be camera ready.

Abstracts should include your full name and address as well as an additional title page with poster title, authors' names and addresses.

Submission deadline is June 30, 1995.

Poster Presentation

Posters of KI-95 will be presented in the central university hall on Monday and Tuesday during lunch break. Please note the following organizational aspects.

Presentation Periods

Monday 11 September and Tuesday 12 September between 12:30 and 14:00

During this period you should be present at the poster area. The posters will remain for display until Wednesday morning.

Poster Board and Poster Sizes

Every poster exhibitor will have available a white partition wall in the central university hall. Poster sizes are DIN-A1 (60 x 84 cm ) and DIN-A2 (42 x 60 cm). You may set up a single DIN-A1 poster or two DIN-A2 posters side by side. Please put up a seperate heading above the poster(s).

Putting Up and Taking Down Your Posters

You can put up your posters on The Posters must be taken down before Wednesday 13 September 10:00.

Demos

Exhibitors with demos will get in addition to the poster board a table and a 220 V power plug for their workstation.
