Self-Organizing Maps for Structures

Abstract:
The processing of structured data is becoming more and more important. In fact, many application domains involve data that are naturally representable as sequences, trees, and graphs. Self-Organizing Maps for Structures (SOM-SD) constitute a family of models able to directly deal with these kind of data.
