Mensa

The dining hall is located at the north-east corner of the main hall. It serves several dishes, at least one is vegetarian. Tickets for conference participants are sold at the conference desk, where you also will find the menue. Please hand them out to the Mensa staff at the meal conveyor. In addition to the written menue, the available meals are on display in the glas container in front of the Mensa, near the ticket counter. Queue at the corresponding conveyor, pickup your tray, sit down and enjoy your meal! Afterwards, please return the tray to one of the conveyors.

Salad Bar

Located at the eastern part of the dining hall, the salad bar offers a wide selection of fresh salads as well as light meals and desserts. Choose whatever you like, you pay 65 cents per 100 gr.

Cafeteria

The main cafeteria is located between the main entrance of the building and the dining hall and offers sandwiches, light meals and drinks. Self-service. Open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Westend

As the name indicates, this restaurant is located at the western corner of the main hall. If offers full meals, cake, salad, desserts, drinks. Also self-service.

Univarza

This good anatolian restaurant offers full meals, coffee, and drinks. Pizza to go is available outside the restaurant.

Klötzersches Restaurant

One of the best restaurants in Bielefeld, not too pricey, small but cozy guestrooms, located in the centre of the city. Also offers a good selection of wines.

Wernings Weinstube

A recommendable restaurant, located in the center of the city. On warm days, meals are served on tables outside.

Restaurant Schlosshof

A good restaurant, offering a large "Biergarten" with a small pond.

Ratscafe

A nice coffeehouse, located centrally and overlooking the city hall area. Besides very good cakes also offers small meals.

Brauhaus Johann Albrecht

A large restaurant with its own beer brewery. Offers very solid meals together with excellent beer. Definitely worth a visit. Located centrally.

Bernstein

A modern restaurant, offering very good meals and a spectacular view over the city of Bielefeld. Location of the conference dinner.

Mövenpick Restaurant

An international restaurant directly opposite Bielefeld train station. Good selection of international meals, very good selection of wines.
Am Bahnhof 3, metro station: Hauptbahnhof

Restaurant Tenne

Inexpensive small restaurant located one metro station away from Bielefeld university. Good quality for the price.
