I received my Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat) from Bielefeld University in December 2012.
In my thesis I investigated how artificial, embodied (virtual) agents' different
bodily sensor modalities form a representation of the agent's body and the space immediately
surrounding it.
I am interested in
- cooperative and social behavior in artificial, embodied agents
- perception and sensation for virtual humans (touch, vision, proprioception...)
- body and space representations
- spatial perspective taking
- multiagent systems and autonomous agents
