About
Since June 2007 I am a Ph.D. student in the Artificial Intelligence Group at Bielefeld University.
Since July 2010 I am working as a research assistant in the Collaborative Research Center 673 - Alignment in Communication in the project C1 - Interaction Space. In my Ph.D. thesis I am investigating how artificial, embodied (virtual) agents' different
bodily sensor modalities form a representation of the agent's body and the space immediately surrounding it.
I am interested in
cooperative and social behavior in artificial, embodied agents
perception and sensation for virtual humans (touch, vision, proprioception...)
body and space representations
spatial perspective taking
multiagent systems and autonomous agents
