IK2010 Scholarship Application

Application form for IK 2010 student scholarships

Participants lacking financial support can apply for a scholarship to support their participation in IK 2010. This year we provide two kinds of stipends:

Partial scholarships that cover the conference fee, up to the respective amount for early bird fees for members of supporting organizations,
Full scholarships that cover both the conference fee (dto.) and accommodation & living cost in a triple room (260 EUR).

Please note that the scholarships will be disbursed after the IK 2010. That is, participants are asked to pay the IK fees in advance and will be reimbursed when sending in their receipts (detailed instructions on this will be provided at IK). This procedure is due to practices of one of our sponsors, the European Network EuCogII.

Participants who cannot afford paying the IK fees in advance may be exempted from it. This will depend on our financial scope and will be granted according to the statements made in the application form below. You may also ask for it explicitly in the text field at the bottom of this page ("Further reasons why... ").

Applicants must fill out the form at this webpage completely and truthfully (we might occasionally ask you for documents as proof). All informations will be treated confidentially and will be not be used for any other purpose but the selection process, nor will any data be passed on to third parties.
