Registration
Registration is available via the
GCPR conference.
It is possible to register for the workshop only or for the entire conference.
Venue
The workshop takes place at the
Bernoullianum 32, room 223, Bernoullistrasse 30, 2056 Basel, this is around the corner of the
main conference location Hebelstrasse 20.
Please note that registration and coffee breaks take place at the main conference location, so it is a two minutes walk from the workshop location to get coffee.

How to get to Basel by train?
Basel is accessible via train. You can leave the train at both train stations, Basel Badischer Bahnhof (German side) or at Basel SBB (Swiss side), which are about 25 minutes apart. If you are coming from the north, please note that the German railway system is currently interrupted in between Rastatt and Baden-Baden. In between these cities, the German railway is offering a Schienenersatzverkehr (substitute bus service) with buses running regularly from early morning until midnight every 5 minutes, starting in front of both railway stations and taking about 15 minutes for the transfer.

How to get to Basel via plane?
The closest airport is the EuroAriport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg. The
airport is about 8 km away from the city centre. Apart from taxis which are available at the airport, the bus number 50 connects
the airport and the city's central railway stations. The bus takes about 15 minutes travel time to Basel SBB and runs every 15 minutes.

How to get to the conference location from Basel SBB or Basel Badischer Bahnhof?
Walking takes about 20 minutes from both railway stations. Alternatively, bus number 30 connest both railway station with the conference location, exit at Basel Bernoullianum. The bus takes less than 10 minutes and runs regularly every ten minutes.
